The capital city is a Great air based platform. It was originally designed as the military base of operations but as things developed a city was built a top the massive vessel. Lemoy Corporation declared it the Capital City of Earth when Jessica Lemoy crowned her self Queen.
A large portion of the remaining human population reside in this city and All who live here are part of the Converted.
